Good evening. Let's start the interview now. So, It's really great having you here in . Nice to meet you. So, let's start with a quick introduction, so the audience can get to know you better. Tell us about yourself and what you're doing?
Yes. Yes, I'm Aditya Tripathi and, I am 12 year old entrepreneur, basically I'm the founder and CEO at Techlearn and I’m also working in various company as operational and marketing head, or I've been working in Starvic as well as I'm working in noon, which is a part of the group of companies. And I'm working as a marketing operation head there. Also, I own my own startup, which is tech learn, which is completely based on a new idea in the electric industry. So that's what about myself.
That's really admirable, achieving so much at a young age. So let me ask a few ice breaker questions before the interview. So describe yourself in three words. Yeah. So describing is, a passionate, entrepreneur and skilled.
That's amazing. So could you tell us a fun fact about yourself?
Okay. So the fact is like, I don't believe in working hard and achieve success. I believe that you work hard, but just going to single way, no one goes in different directions. You work hard in a single week and then only you can achieve stuff. And the same rule i follow.
That's really interesting. And it does make sense. So now let's move on with the interview. So you founded tech learn, could you tell me what it's about? Yes. Yes. Basically. It's a chain of all the educators, all the institutes around India. Also, we will expand, but the world has been right now. We are in a very initial stage, but we aim to connect all the institutes and all the educators around the world. And tech learn is basically a new and emerging idea, which can grow a lot. And right now we are in a niche and we are going to launch our product in the next month in the market.
Yes, that's really great and achievable at such a young age. So what inspired to create what mainly inspired you to create it? Yes. Yes. So as for the COVID situations, I found that the offline institutes is like completely lost. Their important. Nobody was valuing the offline institutes , at that moment, At that time, I decided I have to do something for those institutes because they also helped us before COVID, but in Covid, no one is considering them. So for that, I decided that I will give them a platform. I will give them a platform to that. They can also come online, they can express, they can also cope up with the technology they can increase. So, for that, I, uh, this was my inspiration to create tech learn.
That's really remarkable. So, you achieved so much at such a young age. Could you tell us how we would manage to do it?
Yes, yes. Basically. I'm a student plus I'm an IIT aspirant. I aspire to become an IITian as well as I'm passionate about entrepreneurship. And even I'm fond of like, I, I'm going to, uh, fond of poetry. I know talking about time management. So, uh, as I said, like, uh, if not completely focused on something so you can manage anything,
That's really great advice. So, so what are your future like?
Yeah, so basically as I told right now, and I aspire to become an IITian, but also I'm passionate about entrepreneurs and I want to create a product which can help all the people around the world and I can like, uh, just resolve their problems and they can also achieve what they want. So this is like my future vision.
That's a really good idea for product I go bit comes through. So how do you handle your academy as you're an IIT aspirant? How do you handle your studies and all your hobbies and everything and your interests and entrepreneurship and everything?
Talking about the time management I'm managing them. Uh, I give them a specific period of time. I have complete timetable and I give a specified period of time, to all my activities that have scheduled, all of them. Like when I have to study, when I have to do my, like, I'm also a web developer by the way, webinar developer . So when I have to do that work, when I have to like go for the entrepreneurship, but I have to learn courses and all these things are completely managed. So I give a specific period of time, all the things and even talking about my entrepreneurial stuff. So I'm focused on that as well as my academy.
That sounds really stressful and you seem like a really busy student. And now I get why time management would be important. So, so do you have any other hobbies, web developing any other?
Yes, my hobbies, like, uh, I'm fond of giving a speech. I also love poetry.
Yeah. Do you like to write like writing poetry or ?
Yeah. So like, uh, I do not write ,very long poems though. I write poems by my own, which are like, uh, which can you, which you can call a Shayari. So I'm one fond of that.
That's it good. So if you're interested in public speaking, right, so you like develop interests and do you have any other, any tips for somebody who wants to be good at public speaking? Yes. Public speaking is nothing. It's just all about your confidence. It's just all about how you can express your feelings and how you can guide everyone else. So you have to just stay focused on that. Love to just not think that you're speaking in front of someone and also think that you’re guiding someone from your message, a lot of people are learning. So you have to follow this vision. And with this vision, you can surely become a public speaker.
That's really good advice. So you also looked at it, you founded my digital creation. So could you tell us more about?
Yeah, so basically this is a web app creation company. It's not a huge level, but it's at a local level. And here like developers, uh, 15 plus developers are connected with us right now who are helping us to create apps and websites for our clients. Uh, I'm leading them.
That's severely amazing. You are like, you're like leading so much at such a young age, so you don’t think age is a barrier and think experiences matter more. So how do you overcome these barriers?
Recently, I was like pitching my idea to one of the investors or like funding at tech loan. So you said I won't disclose the name, but he said like, uh, age matters a lot. Like you can't be such experiences at a such age. So, uh, I, uh, I, I don't focus on those advices and even I advise them that keep give my age aside for some time you might keep aside my experience , and just focus on what the product I'm developing. Just focus on the product, your profit, the profit, which people are experiencing the problem, which we are resolving in our execution plan, focus on that. Don't see like my age, my experience don't see about that. See my product, my, uh, my past achievements. And that then you will, uh, like, uh, get to know. That what, uh, the exact thing is.
Yeah, that really is great. So do you have any advice for young entrepreneurs, who want to up with the life, but they faced so many barriers. Yes. Yes. So for the young entrepreneurs, I will say, just forget what your age is , just deal with people who doesn't deal with them. Because I, uh, what I understand the people who are of my age, very few of them , like I, whom I know they are not interested in these old stops, they believe like, uh, they have to do jobs. They have to go up the afternoon and they have to work nine to five. They believe in this. So, uh, I don't believe in that. I want to be my own boss. So, uh, keep your age aside for some time and think about your, your future, how you can help others. Like, if you are becoming, uh, you are doing a job, that's really great because you are helping someone, but if you give someone a job, then what, like, at that time you are helping a lot of people at the same time. So become a job provider as well because the country needs a lot of job providers right now. So I would recommend them keep your age aside. And even I would invite them to join tech learn as, uh, we are fetching for, uh, the young talent who can join us.
Yeah, that's really nice . So, uh, do you have any of the people helping you?
Yes. Yes. So talking about, uh, the helping people, Aman Sena, my friend, who is a college grad and also I would recommend Shashank Shekhar Shukla. So, he also helped me in my career. So, uh, these two people like helped me a lot to enhance my skills, to get me experience. Also, I would thank Diwakar, uh, for making me to join Starvic. So he's the founder of Starvic. So Diwakar badiger, shasank Shukla and Aman Sena. I would like to thank my parents who have like, uh, never stopped me from doing this. And never thought of what I'm doing. And they always supported me.
That's very nice having your parents support you with everything and having a group of friends to help you out. So, who is your biggest inspiration in life and who made you who you are today?
Yeah, so my biggest inspiration in my life is Ratan Tata sir. So he's a very big inspiration for me because he had inspired me not only to become an industry as an entrepreneur, as well as inspired me to like help people. He inspired me to like, create something, which people really need to do something, which people will love too. So he inspired me a lot, so I believe in him alone and I trust him.
That sounds very sweet. So how do you develop an interest in web developing and technology and everything?
Yes. So I'm basically a frontend developer. And if you talk about the coding and also I'm aware of wordpress.
Yeah, that's really nice. So what's your main motto in life?
My main goal in life is to create a problem solving product for people which can impact their life and brings up a generation to generation. If it lasts, it can become like a huge product. Uh, I want to be remembered for that what I did, I want to give the people product, which is very beneficial for them and, and they can be helped a lot.
Yeah. That's really great. And that's a really nice initiative, so good luck with that.so what, what do you like, uh, what are the other future projects? And do you have any other other products or working on currently ?
I'm working on Meditech right now, which is like a hospitality, hospitality organization. It's like not launched yet. We are working right now on the idea itself. Uh, we are developing it as well as I'm, uh, thinking to launch, another start up right now. I have an idea, brilliant idea, which can bring the 22nd century in the 22nd century generation in the 21st century.
Tell us more about your idea.
Yeah. So basically I'm thinking too, because right now nobody has focused on flying cars and I'm quite much focused on that because flying flying cars will help people save their money because usually we book our tickets. So I'm like, if you book a ticket for delhi to mumbai will be like usually charged between if you book like a normal, uh, seat, then you will be charged around 10 to 12,000. So instead of that, I'm thinking, so, uh, if we launch flying cars and we give it to people on autopilot more so that like, uh, there is no chances of crash or anything, and it would be controlled by our team so that people can move from one place to another and they will be charged at a usual amount of 1000-2000. If a family goes to travelt they experience there is financial vacuum created, if 10 people are planning Mumbai to delhi, so they have to spend 12,000 for 10 times. So that's usually around 1.2 lakh So you can experience like a financial vacuum will be just in the transportation. So people prefer trains at that time instead of a flight. So I want to create, um, uh, my vision is to create something like that, which will be very cost friendly, mainly because the flying car manufacturing cost is very less compare to a plane , to when you buy a plane, nobody will buy it. Like still it is aroun 250 crore. If you buy a normal, normal one, a passenger plane I won't buy a flying car, I will manufacture it. So, uh, in that thing, uh, the thing which happens is like you do a manufacturing it will cost three to four CR, so we can buy hundreds of flying cars and just, and just the cost of one plane. So this will help us do all the seats would be less like people would enjoy their privacy. They would be like, uh, getting, uh, to, uh, express themselves in those cars. And also the one more thing is that, that, uh, the flying car pricing like this as compared to planes, because flying cars don't use that high profile fuel, they use normal petrol, which is like, not as costly as compared to those. So it will also be cost friendly . So I'm focusing on that as which will bring 22nd century, 21st century itself.
That is really ambitious. I remember watching this movie called back to the future and in the day, like, like they show 2010 where there are flying cars and everything. So do you think technology will be advanced in the near future so that we can make flying cars? Or do you think it will stay the same
Basically my motive was not to make flying cars because we cant sell to someone as they might misuse it, so my motive was to create a flying taxi, like something so that people can rent it and they can move from one place. And we’ll be creating a small stations in which they can move.
Yeah. What about the technology advancements? Like, I don't think we are ready to make flying cars. how do you think it will be in the future?
Actually, as per research, flying cars have been in a very less amount, it's better to work on idea than going away from it. And many companies have achieved that thing that they have manufactured flying cars , but they're planning to sell, but we are here not to sell but to rent them.
Yeah, I didn't even know about it. And like renting would make more sense than having people buy it it, so do you have any other interesting ideas?
Yeah I'm focused on multiple ideas. I'm just focused on one that is tech learn right now. And these are the future ones.
Yeah. So you seem really ambitious for a 12 year old or any other 12 year old I have met. So, concluding this interview. Well, how would you see yourself in 10 years?
I would see myself like, uh, I, my major, uh, achievement is to, uh, express my thoughts, express my feelings to Ratan sir. I would like to work with him in the next 10 years. And also I would like to work on, techlearn, and grow it so that people could get help from.
Yeah, that sounds really ambitious, then. Good luck with your future. So thank you for having us here. Thank you for having, having, coming here. We can get a pleasure having you here. And this interview was very fun and inspiring, and I got to learn many things. So thank you. Thanks to you and inspiwire for inviting me
